First of all, the descriptions I give are some known facts about these animals. I'm in no way taking one side or
the other in any theories of the success or survival of this species. But I do go by what I know and what I have
studied throughout the years. I personally study foxes more than any species of animal but these banners
are to help people learn a little they might have not known about these wonderful beings.
In no way am I saying these animals are going extinct, or are endangered because I
personally have no way of knowing for certain. But they have been CLASSIFIED as threatened.
The wonderous Poloar Bear orursus maritimus meaning sea bear, with it's black skin and colourless fur is quite the
amazing animal indeed. Classified as threatened by US government standards, the Polar Bear's biggest threat is
climate change and of course, us humans. These beautiful creatures love to keep clean and after feeding usually
take a swim or roll around in the snow which also helps insulating properties of their fur as well. You wouldn't
think it, but these guys can overheat pretty easy and are adapted to resist Arctic temperatures which can go down
to -50C. Baby polar bears, cubs, can weigh about the same amount as an adult guinea pig but when they grow up,
these guys can reach over 500kg.
They are pretty solitary but on occasion two can be seen traveling together for short times. Polar Bear symbolizes
solitude, strength in the face of adversity, and courage.

I support all animals fully because without these beautiful creatures us humans would be lonely.
