Caracal

The Caracal is a new cat to me. I hadn't seen one before but I have seen a lynx. The caracal is often referred as the African or desert Lynx but in fact, it is not related to the lynx at all. The first time I seen one of these dudes was when I was watching a show on Discovery Channel called Speed of Life. These cats are known for there jumping abilities and can pluck a bird out of flight.
